Warimpex sells Budapest office building

July 3, 2009 · Leave a Comment

Warimpex has sold the Csalogány office building in Budapest, which it purchased in 2003 and then renovated. Originally built in the 1970s, it’s no giant with just 2,800 sqm, but just about any type of transaction these days is welcome news. Warimpex claims to have sold it for more than the most recent fair market value assigned to it by CB Richard Ellis. The purchase is said to have been “an international private investor.”
