DTZ announced today that it has appointed Patrick Delcol as country head of DTZ in Poland, effective February 1.
Delcol, 45, joins from DTZ from ING Real Estate Development in Poland, where he was development director and a member of the board. Previous roles in Poland include CEO of Centrum Development and Investments, a subsidiary of the Eastbridge Group, and development manager for the BESIX Group. Delcol takes over from Alan Colquhoun who has accepted responsibility for running DTZ’s business in Canada.
Delcol is a founder and president of the PRCH (Polish Council of Shopping Centres). He has a master’s degree in business administration from the Solvay School of Commerce, at the Université Libre de Bruxelles and speaks fluent Polish, English and French.
