Holcim Romania’s chairman Markus Wirth tells Ziarul Financiar he expects cement consumption in Romania to fall for another 12 months, with the turning point, a slight one, coming in the second half of 2010. The paper asks him what he’d say to prime minister Emil Boc if asked.
