Panattoni pushes south

While its competitors are curtailing expansion plans, Panattoni Europe is moving into Slovakia after establishing itself in neighboring Poland and the Czech Republic in recent years.

The industrial developer will be taking part in the further development of the Trnava Industrial Park northeast of Bratislava, a current 50,000 sqm project that houses tenants like Faurecia, Inergy, Gefco, Datalogic and Plastic Omnium. Plans are in place to expand the site by another 130,000 sqm, with the next phase expected in six to eight months.

Panattoni has a 45 percent market share in Poland and is close to fully leasing its flagship project in the Czech Republic, Panattoni Park Prague Airport.
