Sanofi-aventis chooses Aupark Tower with Zentiva

“We need to move in six months!” That was the word from Sanofi-aventis in Bratislava, earlier in the year, following its acquisition in September 2008 of a 94% stake in its pharmaceutical rival Zentiva. Combining the two companies in Slovakia meant finding a single roof to live under. CB Richard Ellis was entrusted with the job of finding a location, and this led it to sign up for 1,850 sqm in Aupark Tower, space it’s set to take over in November. Zentiva was located in Westend Tower, while Sanofi-aventis had called an office building on Žilinska Street home since 2003.
