Two new tenants have joined Port Łódź shopping centre. Supermarket chain Piotr i Paweł has leased over 3,000 sqm and a fashion distributor Inditex will occupy about 3,280 sqm.
Port Łódź shopping center, which is due for completion in March 2010, will be one of the largest shopping centres in the region. The complex will feature 100,000 sqm for lease with catchment area holding 1.5 million of potential customers. The attractiveness of the center will be enhanced by original arrangement and fit-out, with patio combining recreational, sports and leisure functions. Recreational and retail zone with children’s play area, stage and tree-covered garden will be 10,000 sqm.
Port Łódź will feature over 200 stores and service points of various offer, including a 33,000 sqm Ikea. Other tenants include Leroy Merlin, H&M, C&A, Reserved, Cropptown, House, Mohito, Home&You, Cubus, Benetton, ExiSport, RTV EURO AGD, Douglas and other leading national and international brands.
Cushman & Wakefield is handling the leasing of the center together with Inter Ikea’s leasing department.
