Hypo Real Invest acquires Vysehrad Victoria

Skanska Property has sold its office building Vyšehrad Victoria in Prague to Hypo Real Invest’s fund HRI Immobilienfonds Nr.1. It’s the company’s first investment in the Czech Republic. Completed in 2008 and designed by Aulík Fišer Architekti, the building offers 5,000 sqm of office space and houses tenants like OMC, the Czech Credit Bureau and W.A.G. over eight storeys. Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets acted as advisors to Skanska and CB Richard Ellis Capital Markets advised Hypo Real Invest AG on the acquisition of the Property.

The final price is supposed to represent a yield of 7.25. Given other deals announced recently, that sounds like a benchmark we can believe in.
