The Financial Times has noticed that CEE’s property market is waking up, in an article based on sources from JLL, MGPA, Segro, DTZ and CB Richard Ellis.
“Last year saw a differentiation of the CEE markets. Poland, and to an extent Czech Republic, are being viewed in a different light,” John Duckworth, MD for JLL in CEE told the paper. “The pool of international investors may be smaller than before, but at least they are active again.”
CBRE said office completions in CEE would be down a third over the next two years compared to 2008, but said this would have a positive impact on the market. You can read the article yourself here.
