Eurovea’s 2nd phase of residential on hold

We don’t think it was exactly a secret that Ballymore wasn’t planning to rush into the construction of the next phase of Eurovea, a big part of which was another dose of residential. Nevertheless, the Independent in Ireland covers the story, adding a bit about the roadshow Ballymore’s about to take to the USA to try to get Slovak expats there to buy a place along the Danube. The Eurovea mall filled up remarkably well, and seems set to change the face of retail in Bratislava, but the residential market in the city is still tough.
