CSIA sells off two Prague assets

CSIA has sold off two properties for the fund CSPF, for which it is the exclusive adviser. The first is a 4,400 sqm building in Stodulky, Prague 5, that serves as the headquarters and showroom for A-Keramika, a subsidiary of Saint Gobain. The property was sold to a private Czech investor for CZK 250m. MB Tech, a subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz, is another tenant in the building.

The other property is the Asseco headquarters building in Podvinny mlyn in Prague – Vysocany, which CSIA purchased back in 2006. That deal included development land. CSIA has turned the plot into a project, with permits, for 3,700 sqm (57 units) of residential space. A price wasn’t given for the project, but the buyer is the Czech developer Codeco.
