Industrial news: Cerva, PC International

-Segro reports that it leased 1,850 sqm to Cerva Import Export at its scheme Tulipan Park Ostrava. The company, distributes high quality work clothes and safety equipment, also extended its lease at Tulipan Park Prague for another year. The Ostrava site comprises 20,000 sqm of rental space divided into three buildings, the last of which was delivered at the beginning of the year.

-Cool: PC International is coming to Prague, under a lease agreement at Airport Logistic Park which will see it take 5,000 sqm of space. The company is a Japanese air conditioning  equipment manufacturer and will be using the building for production. The park, made up of three 18,000 sqm buildings, is owned by Pramerica, while the asset management is handled by Panattoni Europe. Cushman & Wakefield facilitated the deal.
