Invesco buys Futurama

Invesco, the other active investor in the Czech Republic these days, has purchased Futurama Business Park from Erste Group Immorent CR. The bottom line hasn’t been announced, but it is being said to represent a gross initial yield of 6.9%. Invesco has purchased it on behalf of the iii-BVK Europa-Immobilien-Spezialfonds1, which Invesco Real Estate has managed wince 2000. Located in Prague 8, the park is made up of three newly-built office buildings with a total of 18,500 sqm. Tenants include Clearstream, a subsidiary of Deutsche Boerse, Window Holding, Parexel and Teva Pharmaceutical Industries.
